Peeling Metal Paint Material

Have been wanting to make some peeling paint using 2 meshes for quite a while now. I use 2 meshes so that the peeling off paint actually peels away from the surface below rather than have a steep cliff. I also attached video showing how it looks on much lower res geo for realtime use in games.
